How your DTF color chart works

  • 2. Review it in print

    We print a ready-to-press DTF chart on film in 1–2 business days. Review it on the carrier or press it onto a similar substrate.

  • 3. Apply the labeled code

    Choose the swatch you prefer, apply its labeled color code to your own final artwork, and upload that completed file when you order transfers.

Common questions about your DTF color chart

What will I receive?

A ready-to-press DTF transfer chart on carrier film with labeled swatches and your selected comparison settings. Review it on the film or press it. Charts are typically produced in 1–2 business days.

When should I use a color chart?

Use it for corporate, brand, school, club, or team colors; color-sensitive logos; repeat production; and larger orders where confirming color first adds confidence.

Do I send USA Transfer Co my chosen color?

No. Apply the chosen swatch’s labeled color code to your own final artwork, or give it to your graphic designer. Upload the completed file when ordering; USA Transfer Co prints uploaded artwork as submitted.

Is the chart made with the same DTF process as my transfer order?

Yes. The chart uses the same printer, inks, film, and profiled Expanded Gamut DTF workflow used for subsequent transfer orders. If you press the chart, substrate and viewing conditions can still affect perceived color.
